Yes, we do provide cleaning service during public holiday. However, there would be a higher rate.
Yes, for the convenience of our colleagues, please do inform us 4 hours before the appointment for cancellation or reschedule.
For preferences purpose, we will only use cleaning supplies prepared by you. Should you need us to bring cleaning supplies, there would be additional charges that will be quoted to you upon request.
Should there be any dissatisfaction on our cleaning, kindly inform us while we are still on premise for us to solve it immediately.
